Cancellation Policy

I am a one woman show who strives to give my guests the best experience possible. To be able to do that, I try to be certain I do everything in my power to have the correct products for your appointment and keep to a well-timed schedule to ensure my business runs smoothly. If you change your mind on your hair color choice or scheduled services you would like to receive, please give me at least 72 hours in advance notice to make any adjustments necessary to the scheduled appointment services, or to perhaps reschedule the appointment for the appropriate date and time. I understand that life happens, and sometimes, things are completely out of our control. Please let me know if you are running 15 minutes or more late so we can discuss whether we need to adjust the scheduled services to fit the appointment time slot, or if we need to reschedule for another day and time. If you are more than 15 minutes late with no communication, it will automatically be considered a NO SHOW, and you will be charged accordingly for it. Less than 24-hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No Show/Same Day Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the same day, OR you do not show up your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. If you do not wish to put your card on file, I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book a future appointment or will only accept same day/walk-in appointments if available. The deposit will go towards your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will reschedule ONCE and require at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule again, you will need to pay a second deposit unless otherwise discussed. Failure to pay fees/deposits will result in no future bookings. Hair Adjustments: Life happens. We are all human, and that means we aren't perfect no matter how hard we try to be all the time. My goal is to make everyone feel confident and comfortable in their skin and when they look in the mirror. If you aren't happy with something and need an adjustment, please communicate with me within 72 hours, and I'll get you back in the chair as soon as I can. Depending on what is needed, I will adjust for no charge. If you want something completely different than what was previously discussed in the original consultation, it will be charged as a new service.
